TOGU AERO-Step® XL functional

The Aero-Step XL functional - Made in Germany - is a training device made of high-quality ruton. The Ruton material is odourless, latex-free and very resilient (approx. 200 kg). Detailed exercise instructions and an air pump for individual adjustment are included. The Aero-Step XL functional improves joint stability. The muscles are toned and strengthened in depth. Joint stability is improved, balance is found, imbalances are equalised and reflexes and reactions are promoted. Whether you are standing, lying on your stomach or on your back, the stability and air filling make every exercise a challenge. The inserted connecting plate of the leg axis trainer provides the necessary stabilisation so that good traction is guaranteed. The air-filled chambers enable very small moments of movement. This means high demands and therefore fast training effects.
