Description
The X Base stand is a practical aid for setting up training parcous with gymnastics bars and gymnastics flat hoops. By combining it with gymnastics bars and gymnastics hoops, the difficulty can be individually adapted to the exercises or training situation. The X Base stand can be filled with sand or water for more stability. This prevents hurdles or obstacles from tipping over. In the middle of the base there are cross recesses for gymnastics hoops and a hole holder (Ø 2.5 cm) for gymnastics bars.
